Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Solo is free forever and you can add clients, schedule walks, and optimize routes without entering a card. You only enter payment details if you choose to upgrade to Pro.
When am I billed for Pro?
Pro is $19/month (or your local equivalent), billed monthly starting the day you upgrade. There's no annual contract and no setup fee — the monthly price is all you pay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the billing portal in one click and you keep Pro until the end of your current billing period. After that your account drops back to the free Solo plan automatically.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you're over the Solo limits (10 clients, 3 invoices/month) you keep all your records — you just can't add new ones until you're back under the cap or re-upgrade.
How do card payments work?
Pro uses Stripe Connect, so clients pay your invoices by card and the money goes straight to your own bank account. PackRoute never holds your funds.
